Note: A speaker form must be completed and submitted to SPC staff prior to the start of the meeting for anyone wishing to speak on an agenda item during regular business. Anyone wishing to speak to items not on the regular agenda must also submit a form and will be provided an opportunity to speak following the conclusion of regular business. Public comments will be limited to 5 minutes; however, additional time may be requested and granted by a favorable motion of a Commission member. Forms will be available at the meeting location.
