General Circular No. 151 Date: March 8, 2010

Subject: Examination Score Valid for two Years

Effective May 20, 2010, an earned examination score shall be valid for two years at the discretion of the applicant. However, an applicant for promotion may elect not to extend his/her grade for a second year and may apply to retest at the next testing cycle, but the last earned grade shall constitute the certifiable score for the applicant.

Please post this General Circular in a prominent place, so that all employees will receive notice that examination score shall be valid for two years at the discretion of the applicant.
