2. Approval of the Minutes from the March 19, 2009 meeting.
3. Revision of State Police Commission Rule 2.9 and 3.1 (See General Circular No. 146)
4. Adoption of State Police Commission Rule Chapter 20 (See General Circular No. 146)
5. Request by the Office of State Police for the Commission to grant approval for an exception to the layoff avoidance measure rules to appropriately reduce annual merit increases by 50% for all eligible State Police commissioned employees statewide. This request is being made in accordance with State Police Commission Rule 17.3(b).
6. Discussion of Promotional Exams Procedures regarding Detailed Troopers being allowed to take two exams.
7. Commission Business.
Note: This Commission will not issue any subpoena unless the request therefore is in strict compliance with the provisions of State Police Commission Rule 13.13. Refusal to issue a subpoena because the request therefore was untimely will not be considered good cause for continuance.
