- Public hearing of the appeal of William Woodward, (Department of Public Safety and Corrections, Office of State Police, Docket No. 07-168-O. Floyd J. Falcon, Jr. representing the appellant and Brandi Cannon representing the appellee. As a result of a Pre-hearing Conference, the hearing will be limited to oral argument to the Commission on the issue of when Appellant should have been returned to work from sick leave, reserving the parties all other claims and defenses previously asserted.
Note: This Commission will not issue any subpoena unless the request therefore is in strict compliance with the provisions of State Police Commission Rule 13.13. Refusal to issue a subpoena because the request therefore was untimely will not be considered good cause for continuance.
