The following appeal will be heard by the State Police Commission. All parties should be present and ready to answer the docket call at the time, on the date and in the location indicated below. Forward all subpoena requests, motions, settlement proposals, etc., to this office in accordance with the provisions of the State Police Commission Rules. Except in cases of emergency, continuances will not be granted unless good cause is expressed to the Commission, through its Director, in writing at least ten (10) days prior to the date fixed for the hearing.

IMPORTANT NOTICE TO EMPLOYEES; This office is doing everything it can do to provide timely hearings of appeals. The date and time shown on this agenda have been reserved to hear your appeal. If you do not intend to pursue your appeal or if you do not intend to appear at your hearing of if you want to withdraw your appeal, notify this office in writing immediately, so we can schedule another hearing in the place of yours. A lot of time and money is wasted when an employee does not appear at his/her hearing or waits until the date of the hearing to withdraw his/her appeal. You can help us save this time and money by cooperating.
